From Russellville High to Arkansas Tech, Cindy’s story is tied to this community. Body: Cindy was born and raised in Russellville, graduated with honors from Russellville High, and earned her degree from Arkansas Tech University in 1982. Her background spans business ownership and community service, giving her a deep understanding of the area and its people.
A Career Built on Care

Helping clients others overlooked is what fueled her success. Cindy focused her real estate practice on credit-challenged clients, learning everything possible about lenders, programs, and credit rebuilding. She earned her broker license in 2004 and took ownership of American Dream Realty.
